Meet Micah
Micah Watson brings nearly a decade of experience in remodeling and paving, complemented by his experience as a real estate investor. He’s passionate about solving problems and helping homes reach their full potential, especially older, often overlooked properties.
At the heart of his world is God and family; Micah is happily married to the love of his life and is a proud father to four wonderful children. Him and his wife share an entrepreneurial spirit, having launched several side businesses and projects over the years.
Currently they are working on developing their new homestead with an emphasis on self-sustainability and clean living. When Micah is not working, he can often be found singing and playing guitar on the praise band of his local church and spending time with his ever-growing extended family.

Jacob Rogers boasts nearly 12 years of invaluable experience with a leading asphalt and concrete company, showcasing his profound expertise and commitment to the field. His professional journey is paralleled by a strong passion for real estate, where he applies his industry knowledge to nurture growth and development. At the core of his life is his family; Jacob is devotedly married to the love of his life and is a doting father to two children. This blend of professional mastery and personal joy fuels Jacob's dedication, making him a distinguished figure in his industry and a cherished member of his family.
Meet Jayson
Jayson Vanderstel has built an impressive career combining technical expertise, hands-on craftsmanship, and leadership. With nearly a decade of experience in board-level technology repair, Jayson honed his attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a highly specialized field. Transitioning to construction, he spent two years as a composite deck installer, including one year as a supervisor, during which he contributed to the successful completion of over 100 decks. In October 2023, he joined J&M Group as a partner and project manager, bringing his expertise to residential construction projects. As a licensed residential builder, Jayson excels in managing complex projects with precision and care. Outside of work, his interests revolve around creating and innovation, from 3D printing and machining to gunsmithing and marksmanship, reflecting his passion for making and mastering a diverse range of skills.
